• Brie cheese 20% (pasteurized milk, salt, vegetable rennet, lactic ferments)
• Milk
• Butter
• cornstarch
• Black Truffle 3% (Tuber melanosporum Vitt)
• Sunflower lecithin

• Aroma
• Natural flavor

Allergens: milk and milk-based products.

Use: ideal for any use as appetizers, first and second courses. It is ready for use, add oil or cream to taste. About 20g per person are recommended.
