POTATO GNOCCHI WITH TRUFFLE
Ingredients:
- Potato puree (water, potato flakes and potato starch corresponding to 95% potato)
- Semi-finished product with Summer Truffle 3% (Summer Truffle 80% – Tuber Aestivum Vitt 3rd choice, water, aroma, salt)
- salt
- Dusting of rice flour
- Acidifier: E270
Use: pour the dumplings in boiling water; surfaced on the surface, boil for 1-2 minutes. Drain and season with butto, extra virgin olive oil or with our truffle sauces.
Conservation Method: store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources and consume within 12 months.
