Carnaroli Risotto Rice with Black Truffle
- Carnaroli Rice 98.4%
- Summer Truffle dried 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt)
- Black Truffle dried 0.1% (Tuber melanosporum Vitt)
Use: toast the rice for 1 minute in a pan with a little oil. Meanwhile bring to boil vegetable broth or salt water; gradually joined the broth to the rice, stirring. At the end of cooking stir in butter and Parmesan or with our truffles sauces to make the tastiest dish.
