• 50% Black Truffle Juice (water, aqueous extract of Tuber Melanosporum Vitt 1%, salt)
• water
• Potato starch
• Stabilizer: sodium alginate
• Cuttlefish ink ( molluscs )
• Acidity regulator: citric acid, spices, lemon juice, stabilizer: xanthan gum
• Aroma
• Thickener: guar gum

Use: it is a ready-to-use cream, excellent for making bruschetta, seasoning first courses and giving an extra touch to your meats. Exceptional also over the pizza and together with an omelette.

Preservation method: once opened keep in the fridge max 7 days.
