Ingredients for 4 people:
Number 20 Argentine shrimp (Size L1)
300g of milk bread
2g saffron in pistils
90g of Vegan Mayonnaise with Black Truffle
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Put the bread inside the blender and at the same time boil the saffron pistils in 50cc of water. Once the pistils have released the typical color of saffron, add the bread and mix. Pass the Argentine shrimps into the breadcrumbs and place them in the previously heated oven. Cook for 4 about minutes at 220 degrees. Add the vegan mayonnaise to the black truffle to the prawns.
